Thank you for taking some time to scroll through my website. Please note that I have over forty (40) years of experience in the commercial real estate industry selling (and leasing) almost all forms of investment real estate including, but not limited to multi-family, retail centers, office buildings, warehouses, etc.. One additional area of expertise is the sale of hospitality properties that include Motels, Hotels, Inns, Bed & Breakfasts, Retirement Centers, Assisted Care Facilities and Adult Family Homes that have a business element involved in the sale.
I also enjoy selling restaurants and bars that either include the real estate, or involve an assignment of a leasehold interest.
I strive for a commitment of excellence in all of my interactions with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants. Therefore, I make it a point to fully understand my Clients’ objectives and then generate a Marketing Program that meets their needs.
There are no “short cuts” taken as I invest the time and resources needed to move forward towards a successful closing.
I have several repeat and satisfied Clients over the years as they recognize the professionalism and ethical business practices that need to be present in successful transactions.
My personal and professional goals are to exceed my Clients’ expectations. That is probably why I have so many repeat Clients over the years. To that end, I encourage you to call upon my References and/or read the many Letters of Recommendation from satisfied Clients.
Please feel free to contact me for a complimentary and confidential consultation and assessment of your needs.
